Suggestions / Complaints

Suggestions or complaints should be addressed to our Practice Manager Carol Gargano who will ensure you get feedback on your suggestions.

Under the NHS system, we must acknowledge any complaints within 2 working days. We will then investigate the complaint fully and are duty bound to reply to this in full within 2 weeks. We usually try to arrange for you to meet with our Practice Manager and at least one of the doctors to discuss the matter and, hopefully, come to an amicable resolution.
